aaadrian

About

aaadrian is Adrian, a young Canadian songwriter who made Snack Pack at eight. The songs grew out of silly phrases and melodies he made up and sang with his friends at school, and after months of humming them around the house, his dad offered to help him record them. Adrian built a blanket fort in the living room, they put a microphone inside it, and that fort became the studio where much of the album was made.

Adrian writes his own lyrics, and no AI was used anywhere in making the music. He brought in his school friends, his cousins and his little brother Westley to sing hooks, add jokes and pile onto the background vocals, plus a hidden cameo from Canadian rapper Snak the Ripper, who joins his son on "food fight." The record sounds like what it is: a group of kids discovering they can make real songs together.
